Where can I see your prices?

First to view wholesale prices on our website you must register its free,

How do I register on your website?

Click on ''register'', in the window entitled ''Login or register ''. We will give your login access within 24hrs, we will be providing password to your account, and once you get the password you can change your own password to your account. You will be able to see prices right away. You can choose your own user name and password. We do not pass on your details to anyone else.

Are your products authentic?

We buy from the most reputable suppliers of factory overrun / surplus / off-price merchandise and not direct from the Distribution Channels of any Brand name Co. whose products are posted in our web site catalogue. Therefore we cannot provide “Trade Mark Authorized Paperwork".

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal (Service charge applicable 4% for each transaction) Bank wire Transfers, Western Union (Charges are barred by the buyer). All shipment will be done after the payment confirmation.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes we have MOQ of 20 +

Do you apply discount?

Yes, shall the total amount per order reach USD 3000; the buyer will be entitled to a 5% discount on the total value of purchased goods.

Shall the total amount per order reach USD 5000; the buyer will be entitled to a 7% discount on the total value of purchased goods. We will directly give these discount on their total invoice value.

How much is shipping?

We do Free Shipping all over the world. (Applicable only for 20pcs + Lot)

How long will I need to wait for delivery?

Delivery time of a wholesale order usually takes between 7 and 10 working days.

Are the products displayed on the website in stock?

Some items are availability in stock (you can choose the quantity you want for each items), and others items are made to order / or source from the factory.

How my order will be packed?

All items ordered on our website are packed with great care (polystyrene Box + cardboard Box), in order to minimize any risk of deterioration during transition. To ensure your satisfaction, all products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Can I return the products for a refund?

We do not refund money for any reasons and we do not accept returns. All products are " Off-Price/ Surplus/ Overruns Merchandise". Once the product is sold ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!

I have a complaint. What can I do about it?

Please send us detailed pictures of the product you have received and are unsatisfied with. After we receive

A - Detailed pictures of the product
B - Detailed email with your complaint

We will investigate your complaint and respond to you accordingly.

Can I order some samples before I place an order?

Due to the nature of the surplus / off-price business, the quantities are limited and demand extremely high. By the time we send you the sample, in most cases the product is Sold Out. Therefore it is our policy "NO SAMPLES PROVIDED FOR ANY PRODUCT".

Can I request specific sizes and colors?

All lots of 10 pcs / 25 pcs / etc - are assorted in colors and sizes according to availability at the time of your order and according to information posted in our web site under description of product.
You can request as follows:

A - I would like larger sizes
B - I would like smaller sizes

And we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
Sorry - WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS OF SPECIFIC SIZE OR SPECIFIC COLOR for any product.

Do you provide Drop shipping services?

We can drop ship your order according to MOQ - as per web site listing - 10 pcs / 20pcs / 30pcs / 50 / etc...

Will I have problems selling your products?

All products are Factory overruns - direct from the factories, which produce the orders for the Brand Name Co.

However, as we state in our website (please read Terms & Conditions) we do not provide Trade Mark Papers. Only the Brand Name Co. distribution channels can provide these papers. So we strongly recommend buying direct from Brand Name Co. official distribution channels.

What does "MOQ" mean?

"MOQ" stands for "Minimum Order Quantity". This is the lowest number of pieces allowed per product when placing an order.

I am concerned about taxes, duties, VAT...

The buyers pay all Duties, Taxes, Vat; the amount you paid only for the product and shipping as indicated by "Shipping Included". You have NOT PAID FOR DUTIES & TAXES FOR YOUR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY. Since we are in this field for long time we know the mode of shipment to all the countries. We will try to clear all the shipment with out any duties, taxes and vat from their countries.

What do you Guarantee to your buyers?

We guarantee our buyers,

* We will be providing them the Packing List / Shipping details / Service provider details at the time of shipment made.

* We guarantee to investigate any legitimate complain you have regarding the products you have received – providing you have sent us detailed information and pictures within 72 hours after you’ve received your order.
